Sail Date: Jan 2016
Cabin: Deluxe Ocean View with Balcony 2C

We booked back to back cruises some 10 months before departure. Our reason for booking these cruises were based on the ports of call and our previous experience with Celebrity cruises on board the Solstice in 2013.

We booked both cruises with select dining, the only option that was offered at the time of booking, a condition of which was that gratuities were paid up front.

What happens when the service is so poor that we are not happy to pay the gratuities?

Cabin Review

Deluxe Ocean View with Balcony 2C

Cabin 2C

Only on the last day of our back to back cruises did we receive our dressing gowns & Hotel directory. On the 2 cruises we had 3 different cabin attendants
