We've been on numerous cruises on numerous cruise lines and recently on The Norwegian Star.

Overall very good. I can't get over people complaining about food on any cruise ship. Keep in mind, most people on this planet will never have even one meal as good as any meal on a cruise ship ! Furthermore, the biggest complainers seem to have unlimited alcohol drink packages which tells us something about this group of complainers.

Food was great on this ship and frankly great on every ship I have been on. The poolside lunch BBQ was outstanding...real chefs grilling on charcoal- excellent steaks, shrimps, etc.....don't miss this. Of note, if eating late at night is important to you, this ship has an all night complimentary restaurant with real waiters and real food; Caesar salad with grilled salmon, burgers, wings, desserts, etc. Only suggestion would be add late night pizza because kids love pizza.
