We had an excellent cruise on Mariner of the Seas. My husband and I have cruised previously with Royal Caribbean, Princess and Carnival, but this was our first cruise with our daughters, aged 3 and 5. We'd waited until they were old enough for kids club and I'm so glad we did.

Embarkation was a breeze, our cabin was fantastic. We had an oceanview with 2 pullman beds on deck 2. The girls loved climbing the ladder to bed at night and I felt they were safe. The beds have a small guardrail, and they are used to sleeping in bunk beds, but if they had fallen, they would have landed on us!

We had great service on the ship and enjoyed the shows. The food was a bit hit and miss, it was all edible, and I loved not cooking, but nothing that made us say wow.

Oceanview Stateroom

Fantastic cabin. Loads of space for the 4 of us and to hang/put away everything we had with us.

Great place to go. We went to the childrens garden here that has a splash park and adventure playground/obstacle course and it is FREE.
