Our Canary Island cruise overall was very poor. The only great value for money is the shows and complimentary restaurant's. The staff were amazing and very accommodating but if you have a problem with booking via Miami watch out the staff at Customer Services are not empowered to help you.

With over 4,100 passengers there is not enough sitting room in the Garden Market buffet is appalling and by the time you find the stations of the meal that you require if hot, by the time you then find a seat and even if you share with other passengers the food is cold.

Long line ups and restaurant's if you wanted to eat early. Buffet times very short eating times, and very changeable times in the schedule

Cabin IB

Very cramped and dark, insufficient lighting, has very dark brown veneer panels. Problems with heat/cold controls. Maintenance personal have to come and fix. Shower did not work correctly and fixed shower head myself.
