Very disappointed in room. Closet doors came unhinged several times (they appeared to be held on by magnets?). They were changing plumbing lines on the ship overnight and we had yellow water from our tap for at least 48 hours. They said it was still potable water and still safe to drink-Really?

Disappointed in food. Scrambled eggs with an inch of water in pan every day. We literally had to drain the water from our scrambled eggs before placing on plate. I should have taken a picture. Cheap foods for breakfast-and no variety. The same foods every day for breakfast. Some days for lunch-All i could find to eat was a salad. I don't eat a lot of pastas and fried foods. Can't get coffee before 6am and then only at 2 places on ship with long lines.

I don't know what was above our room-we were on the 9th deck-but there was A Lot of noise above like something very heavy was being dropped-big thuds. My boyfriend slept with ear plugs.

Cabin Review

Cabin interior stateroom

Not really happy with layout. Bathroom door and door to room was awkward. If you walked out of the bathroom-you could hit the person coming in the room or looking in the closet. Didn't need a little couch in the room when the bed was right there. Bathroom was adequate. Overall, room seemed cramped.

Port Reviews

San Juan

Very chaotic-did not feel very safe.

Barbados

Absolutely magical-swam with 3 green turtles for 45 minutes. Staff member was feeding them and keeping them around. They would swim right by you and even come up underneath you sometimes. Staff on boat was great-would do it again!!

St. Lucia

St Lucia-very beautiful. Taxis are expensive so good to find another couple wanting to do what you do to split the fare. Fair amount of local shopping stands. It was pouring down rain the whole morning but was very warm and we walked our past the airstrip to a beautiful beach.

Antigua

2-person jet ski boats-4 in total with our guide. Took us our along the coast line and then out to a reef to snorkel. Absolutely fantastic. Got to see some gorgeous beaches along the way and the snorkeling was great..

St. Maarten

Golden Eagle Catamaran trip with snorkeling-the staff was awesome. Snorkeling was great and the tour off the coast was beautiful and very festive. The only time I have ever had Coronas at 10 in the morning. Took us into a beautiful white beach to walk and swim a little more. We had a GREAT time!

St. Croix

The ship docked at Fredrikstead and it was a ghost town. The boardwalk extremely run down-stores boarded up. We did manage to find some stores to look in. Taxis wanted to charge us $16 per person, round trip, to take us to the shopping district. I don't want to spend $32 for us to go shopping. We had no idea how large the shopping area was. Very depressed area. We had a dive trip scheduled through the ship but was cancelled because the boat wasn't running. St Croix is probably very beautiful in areas but you have to take a taxi to see it.
