What fun to celebrate the girls 50th Birthdays on this Southern Caribbean Fun Ship! Beginning with our Park & Drive hotel at the LaQuinta Inn in Port Canaveral to the long drive home, we had a blast.

I can highly recommend Albert & Joann at the Black Pearl Sailing for a time of sailing and snorkeling in Aruba - oh, and she makes the most yummy grilled cheese sandwiches while you sail....using only the finest Dutch Gouda! I am now an official cheese snob ;) The day was wonderful and he knows the great places to see the sealife while waiting for the sunset. Simply beautiful and relaxing.

We rented a golf cart for a day of exploring on Grand Turk - effortless and perfect! It is so easy to get around, but be sure to ask for a map to the sites...we did make a few wrong turns, but still found some adventures. The water here is amazing... I can only say, for a restful and authentic experience you have to leave the port area (Margaritaville) and go to Jack's Shack for good food and great photos of the ship in port.

Cabin 8B

Plenty of storage space. Beds were comfortable. Everything worked great. Enough pillows, blankets and outlets for what we needed. Loved the robes! There were 3 of us in the room and the cabin steward was sure to have 3 of everything for us, even bringing a 3rd chair for the balcony when requested.

Port Reviews

Aruba

From the original time I found it on TripAdvisor until two weeks after I returned home and Joann sent me a recipe, the entire experience was personal and pleasant. The time spent on the Black Pearl is worth way more than you spend...very relaxing and enjoyable - this is a MUST do if you are going to Aruba. I highly recommend - if I could rate this higher, I would.

Curacao

I did not book an excursion but wish I did. We walked around on our own and never saw a beach. We did see beautiful old builldings, a market, the floating bridge and the Fort. I left feeling like we missed so much. Next time I will book a tour, and recommend doing that to readers.

Orlando (Port Canaveral)

We did not take an excursion. We did a park and stay at the LaQuinta Inn in Port Canaveral. Had a great experiencee with quick pick up and delivery. Our vehicle was in a gated parking lot while we were gone.
