This room for four was so small that the beds ran wall to wall and you had to scoot out of bed to get to the floor. Small even by cruise standards and was not set up for 4 people. Only one bunk on the wall and the other bed is a pull out bed that they lay on the floor next to the king size bed or between the two twins.

Worker stood on the shuffleboard and refused to let us continue playing or even to finish our game

If you try to get a credit for horrendous service, they give you a form to email to them for a credit which says they will respond in two weeks.Room didn't get made up all day and evening and when we went to guest services and told them they still hadn't cleaned our room 45 minutes later and it was 10:30 at night and we had a 4 and 5 year old that were sooo tried.
