We traveled on the Fantasy with extended family members and friends, from ages 9-87. Everyone had a wonderful time. The kids had a great time exploring the ship and using the tween and teen clubs. The adults enjoyed the various shows and tastings on board the ship.
We have two in our party who need wheelchairs and the handicapped rooms were perfect for them. The only disappointment was how rude guests could be when you try to get a wheelchair in an elevator. We would be first in line to get on an elevator and able-bodied folks would push us out of the way to get in first.
The service, both in the dining rooms and cabins were top-notch. Our main dining server continually asked what he could do for us to make our experience better. We never felt like the servers were too busy with other tables. We asked to have a favorite appetizer served during the remainder of our trip--no problem! One in our party asked for a full size crème brulee instead of a small portion included with two other desserts in a sampler plate--absolutely! Everyone we met, from the chef to the dining servers, to guest service were all pleasant and seemed genuinely happy to make our experience magical.
