My wife and I just completed our 11th cruise 2nd with Celebrity Cruise Lines first on the Silhouette. Ship was beautiful the staff was not very helpful or friendly. The dinning staff was inefficient and the food was just so so. Many times the cafe ran out of inventory. When we asked for assistance we were greeted with and attitude. The last night my wife asked for a bun for her hot dog and was given a frozen bun. I did get a bun and a slice of cheese to put on my cold hamburger patty.

The room was nice and the shower was best in class. The room attendance was poor. We often had to ask for supplies like shampoo, toilet paper, breakfast menu....

Entertainment in the auditorium was excellent but the seats in the Auditorium was uncomfortable and I sat on one that was broken. Read more
