We boarded the Ruby Princess on Superbowl Sunday. What a party. All over the ship. It was awesome. Embarkation couldn't have been easier. Were in our cabin by 1:00 and the cruise was awesome. 2 days at sea were very relaxing. Puerta Vallarta is a beautiful stop. The weather as perfect. Mazatlan was equally beautiful. Cabo was the same -- would have liked to be in Cabo longer. The ship is beautiful. The weather was great. The food and service is awesome. Our waiters, Pravin and Raj, knew our preferences by night 2. We couldn't have been happier.

We never book excursions through the ship. You can get a cab into PV for $5 a person each way. Even if we get a cab back to the ship.

We got off the ship at Mazatlan and picked up an excusion right at the port of 25 a person. It was a 5 hr tour that was really nice.

Cabin B1

We booked a guaranty balcony cabin. We didn't find out until 2 days before the cruise took off but we were very happy with the cabin we received.
