• Arrived at car rental (US1 Airport Parking). Their vehicle appeared to have been dispatched before the customer had their luggage and another couple and ourselves had to wait over 30 minutes for the van. The experienced staff member offered no apology, just "he's still at the airport" and then she went to lunch leaving us with a new employee who seemed to have had no training in dealing with this. When the driver came back his only comment was that there was a "major" traffic backup - we saw no evidence of this. We had a much better experience with a similar company across the street so even if this is the low price, it is doubtful we will be back.
• Arrived at dock a little before 2pm - 75% of workers appeared to have left but we were able to walk through the process quickly.
• Cabin 9334 - I believe this is a C2 or C3 cabin. Furnishings are a little worn but acceptable. Room steward introduced himself and remembered our names. He is polite and keeps the fruit tray full and brings the afternoon canapes (even if we aren't in the room at the time). Room lighting could be better for night use - i.e. if one person gets up to read the lights are too bright and there is no light on the balcony. We've had intermittent problems with the toilet not flushing (we had this two months ago on the Reflection as well).

Fort Lauderdale (Port Everglades)

Cozumel
• Chocolate and wine pairing workshop - one of the best excursions we've seen. Nice participation, etc and very nice price point. We actually got to grind the cocoa beans and make our own piece of chocolate. Nice, air conditioned facility not far from port. Highly recommend this excursion.
Puerto Limon
Interesting, tour guide was quite knowledgeable. wireless microphones and headsets would have been a great improvement.

Tour guide admitted to have been up late due to carnival and did not give us very much history, etc.
Grand Cayman (Georgetown)
We were here in December and I recommend visiting the small museum in the shopping area.
