For the most part my DW and I had a great Cruise on the Serenade of the Seas. The ship was in pretty good condition for "its" age, signs of wear and tear, rust, stains, dirty glass, loose chair backs in Windjammer.

I will note the most glaring issues we noted. 1.Beware of the Internet/WiFi Package, spent many hours trying to download mail, update Facebook etc.during the night. Paying the same price as charged on the new ships with Voom! Heard many complains and got no help or satisfaction from Guest Services. Did get some help from our Diamond plus Conierge Mario

2.Guest Services was not at all helpful with Internet problem,in my opinion RCCL needs a computer/Internet tech.to assist guests as does Celebrity and Princess.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin E1

Cabin in good condition considering age of ship. Beds comfortable for me .DW prefers a softer bed. Good bedding, extra pillows, large sofa with pullout bed, lots of storage, blackout curtains good, curtain between beds and rest of cabin, flat screen interactive TV. Minifridge/cooler,ice always available,if you ask . Balcony OK glass badly stained, some rust present.
