Very poor experience. Customer relations was terrible. Generally, crew was not friendly.
Food was a big disappointment being vegetarians. NCL offered no help in despite having booked in advance with our request. Had to eat in the buffet. None of the restaurants would offer vegetarian food (some offered to cart food from the buffet).
There were very few activities to do within the ship. There were a couple of events during the day that was interesting to us. The shows in the evening were quite good. The evening entertainment was decent. There were a band/musician in many of their clubs.
We had two room balcony and inside. The balcony was smaller than our prior experience at Disney.
Cozumel was nice. with good beaches
Not much to do unless you take a tour, all of which were for older people (not families with small kids and older parents). No beach access (at least not informed by NCL).
Had to ship us as boat was not docked. However, not as bad as Belieze, where the wait to get to the ferry took almost an hour. NCL could give better information about things to do. Had to fight with customer service to get even basic information.
Nothing particularly good or bad. NCL charged us corkage fee for a couple of wine bottles ($15 per bottle!) that we had. Others like Royal Caribbean apparently do not.
