Everything was awesome. If you are like me, you are probably reading these reviews, having some second thoughts about the ship and / or the food. Well, I promised myself that I would write a fair review after my trip to give some real perspective as most people only bother to log on to complain, and indeed that holds true here as well.

This was my 2nd cruise, my wife's first. Embarkation was an absolute breeze, no lines, in our rooms with the luggage by 2pm. The first cruise line I took was Carnaval, and Royal Caribbean did not disappoint in surpassing them in every category possible, minus the overall fun attitude of fellow cruisers; we went in January and had a lot of seniors. Most were great and made friends with us and drank with us, but some just love to complain...

We found the ship to be absolutely lovely. Lots of people complaining about the food, yet we took a 10 cruise (longer than most) and were still perfectly delighted with the options. We did buy the 5 night package ahead of time, received $380 worth of possible credit to the restaurants for $150, and it made it very enjoyable. We loved everything, especially the Italian.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin E3

Everything clean, comfortable, and in working order. We loved having the balcony, can't imagine doing it without one. The room and balcony were both notably larger than what I had on Carnaval.
