Certainly not up to the usual expected standards of a celebrity cruise. Out of the many Celebrity cruises I have had the pleasure of travelling on this is by far the worst.

Staff attitude and customer service - the majority of the crew ignored and breezed past guests in the corridors without eye contact or acknowledgement. As an elite member I was invited to use the blu restaurant for breakfast. The restaurant manager was rude and discourteous. He was far more interested in standing at a corner table and drinking from glasses placed on guests tables during service.

Itinary - Bad weather is unavoidable and it was disappointing not to see the famed beaches of koh Samui. I wonder whether some contingency planning would have allowed us to spend more time in Pattaya as opposed to two consecutive days at sea and three days in total out of five at sea.
