Cabin: Mini-Suite with Balcony

It is our fourth cruise on the Dawn Princess and probably our last as it is due to be refitted and rebadged to a P&O vessel in Singapore in May 2017 .

We had an outside mini suite again which accommodated 3 adults comfortably however, initially there were a few problems with cabins fixture - loose toilet seat, light bulbs which had to be replaced and light switches not working. This work was carried out promptly by maintenance staff after we contacted the captain circle host and the customer service manager. Our cabin attendant would not have had time to check out the cabin before we occupied it in Sydney, they are given minimum time to service the cabins.

We cannot fault the staff nor the food, terrific selection in the Horizon Buffet the theme for meals was changed on a regular basis one problem was the plates were wet , The dining room menu also changed daily.

Cabin Review

Mini-Suite with Balcony

Cabin MB

After some problems i.e. replacement of 5 light bulbs, 2 light switches and

a toilet seat hanging on its last thread, our cabin was wonderful. We

had prompt maintenance service once these problems were pointed out.
