Average everything. Embarkation was slow due to a thorough cleaning of the ship after 2% of the prior passengers fell ill. The first day was slow with lines for everything...dinner, buffets were being served by crew and passengers not allowed to self serve, no salt/pepper shakers on the tables, constant cleaning and sanitizing. Service on board was excellent in the specialty restaurants, average in the complimentry venues. Lobster night was an upcharge - no more surf & turf on dress up night without an upcharge. I Specialty restaurants are ala carte..no more cover charge and have whatever you like..you pay per item. If you get the perk of the la bistro or la cuchina for being a platnium member you are given a bottle of wine and a choice of an appetizer, one entre and one desert each. If you wanr a side (potatoe, veggie, etc) there is an extra charge. Food was very good though. The beverage package (alcohol) as a perk was nice but does not include the coffee bar and there is a 7% tax on each drink if you are in Tampa waters. Song and dance shows, aerialists were good as well as decent comedian but the attempt at a musical was uninspired. Lots of promotions and sales pitches ..guess they need to make the $ somewhere. . Ship small and easy to get around. Ports were average, no excursions done. Seven days was two days too many on this Norweign ship...think we will go with different cruise lines..this one has nickle and dimed me to quit....but we did not get sick!
