Let me start by saying Riviera is a beautiful ship. The staff are exceptionally well trained, friendly, very willing to please and the food is simply the best at sea.
So why you may wonder have I given an average rating?
Simply the itinerary which for us did not live up to expectation. We were also unfortunate with weather from start to finish.

Hired a taxi to falls, no water. Then had tour, did not leave the taxi or stop for anything.

Hired a private snorkel cruise. Great experience

Took taxi tour to west end, to rough to snorkel and did not feel safe. Not a clean place and facilities are very basic
