I am Elite on Princess and this was without a doubt my least favorite cruise. I am usually very understanding and forgiving but this cruise caused me to wonder if I really want to continue with Princess.

Embarkation: We were traveling with a sight impaired person and embarkation was awful! Had to sit and wait in line for wheelchairs and there were only 2 available. After 1-1/2 hours, I finally threw a fit and we were allowed to walk in with another group.

Cabin: we had been offered to change from OV to interior cabin less than 24 hrs before boarding for a 50% discount, which we accepted. However when we boarded, the name tag was not changed and they had no idea who we were, had no minibar or other Elite perks. Did not get any of our mail. Room steward never replaced beach towels, soap or laundry bags all week. We kept trying to find her to get these things. Our phone did not work - it took 4 days for them to fix it. Patter was frequently not delivered until the morning.

Cabin Review

Interior

Cabin IA

Cabin was standard interior cabin. We have sailed in these before and they are a good value for the money if you don't need a window.

Port Reviews

Grand Cayman (Georgetown)

Shopped on the main street

Roatan

Shopped in the port area, was very nice and clean

Cozumel

Took a cab into town to get good buys on silver jewelry.
