It was my first cruise with MSC ahve cruise before with RCC and Princess, The ship was Divina, a nice ship very clean and the staff was very frendly. The configuration is very tricky espacialy at the buffet no space to walk and to many counter everywhere!. Very poor activity no ambiance and music was very poor always duet with soundtrack even at the theater it was the same no live band. Good singer and good dancers. the port where ok. The worst part of the cruise was buffet and dining, food at the buffet was always a bit warm if not cold no choice of meal. A lot of problem to walk around to many counters and the space is very small because to get around you walk through the buffet not enought space. Sorry to say but there was a lot of Europeens and they where rude impolite and think they own the ship. Service at the dining was very slow and the food not so good. Embarkation was good but the disembarkation was very bad because of US customs but the ship had nothing to do with that.

So in summary, that was my first and last time with MSC, never again.
