Good to be back on Princess.

As most people say the ship is old and is retiring to P&O next year ( good luck P&O ).

Rooms are smaller than most ships, but are clean and sufficient with fridge, safe, TV etc.

Cabin IF

Small but clean and comfortable, although the air conditioning adjustment didn't do anything and shower was a bit hot cold mix.

Port Reviews

Sydney (Australia)

White Bay is a pain to get to, taxi is about $22 from Town Hall

Champagne Bay (Vanuatu)

We just went swimming and snorkeling, sat around drinking at one of the bars and had a good time. It's a lovely spot and been on Blue Hole tours etc previously.

Mystery Island

Always fun on Mystery Island - again it's a swim and snorkel island. Try to arrive early so you can use the signs and pot etc before the locals try to charge you. You can hire out canoes etc nowadays ( was cheaper on the tender side then back beach).

Lifou

Swim and snorkel port again. But it has lots of coral and is shallow to the left as you get off the tender. Seen a large turtle again which excited all our group and it only swam slowly away so we could follow it for a while. Locals put on a dance and could buy ice creams and beer or drinks at reasonable prices.
