We just got back from our first week long cruise. It was my wife and I who are in our 30's as well as her parents. We have cruised twice before but on 3 night cruises. We read all the negative feedback and I am happy to say this crew has figured their stuff out and it was a great time.

My wife has celiac disease (gluten allergy) and we told Norwegian about it prior to leaving. We had no idea they were going to go way out of their way to make her comfortable. They assigned Jonathan to us for every meal to make sure she could navigate the menu and order ahead of time in case they didn't have what she wanted. It took so much of the worry out of ordering food and her getting sick.

All of the food was great especially at Windows and Le Bistro. Le Bistro was the highlight of the trip, lobster, muscles and steak were amazing. They also made us a small cake for our anniversary. The buffet at Raffles was pretty good, but still a buffet. Windows was always fantastic and there really wasn't much of a need for us to spend the money on a dining package.

Mid-Ship Balcony

Cabin BA

We had a balcony room on the 11th floor below the Raffles buffet restaurant/pool area. It was actually very quite which we didn't expect. The room was clean and well kept. Our steward was awesome too.
