Bad points
1) Ko Samui was abruptly cancelled due to weather conditions. That was alright since such situations cannot be controlled and everyone loved the refund. However I found it weird at how possible that celebrity millennium did not prepare a contingency plan for such a situation. It took quite some time for them to release the altered schedule.
2) What truly made me dissatisfied- Majority of on board are sleepy and unhappy all the time. I received excellent service from 4 crew members, and horrible/rude service from a few others. The rest were simply tired or sick all the time with plastic smiles/angry/snarky look on their faces. We are guests and not there to serve them but they are paid to serve us. Please retain that ideal of service in mind. If they are sea sick, please train them or provide them with sea sick pills. Racism? I'm not certain but please train your crew well, I've not experienced such overall poor service standards anywhere. Also, most Asians are young looking, I was sent many teenage cards which was nice but most crew ignored me thinking that I'm a teen when I'm 25 this year. Some others of my age I met on board felt the same way too.
