We had a fabulous time on this cruise because we were .... on a cruise. I mean how can you not enjoy yourself? However there were a few issues that were a little disappointing.

We found arrival at the port, dropping off bags, security and checking in all went smoothly with staff being extremely helpful. Embarkation also was easy with staff giving clear instructions and directions.

We found onboard staff all very helpful and pleasant throughout the entire cruise. The only staff I was a little disappointed in were guest services, they seemed to have limited English and really no idea of customer service. This was mainly a problem when we went to Guest services to let them know about a constant knocking noise in the cabin wall, the girl just looked blankly at us and suggested it was maybe because the ship had just been in dry dock and hadn't settled! No interest in getting it looked at or apology was forthcoming (as we hadn't slept for 2 nights with the noise). Another time I went to ask for stamps and the guy had no idea where to find them and finally just said they didn't have any even though I'd asked the day before and was told they had them!! Read more
