This was the seventh cruise for me, my husband and my in-laws, and the third for our child. Fifth with RCI. We chose this specific cruise for the itinerary (that didn't work out so well!!) and considering what they offer onboard for families with children.

Despite having cruised a few times, I was unaware that cruise lines were legally allowed to completely modify itineraries the way RCI did for this voyage. We paid for a 12 day Western Caribbean and got an 11-day Eastern instead, with a bunch of ports we had already visited except for Labadee (the only one also on the original itinerary). The compensation we received seemed insufficient.

Embarkation: We waited in traffic quite a long time before being able to park. When we finally got there we had a multi-storied parking lot, covered so no snow, plenty of space, so that was good.
