For background purposes, these were our 24th & 25th cruises with NCL - and 36th cruise overall -

Spirit is the oldest ship in the NCL fleet - and is very unique. She was built for the Asian market 18 years ago. The Spirit has a grace, charm and character not found in the newer cookie cutter ships (which are also very nice). Spirit venues are smaller and more intimate than with the larger ships. it's a very comfortable ship and well maintained.

We enjoyed back to back cruises to western and eastern Caribbean. We were greeted by name right after clearing security - and personally escorted to the check in area. After a short wait - our butler (Seka) brought our key cards and had us personally escorted on board. At lunch in Cagney's we met our concierge Florentina. I can't image a better experience on any other cruise line.
