This was our 10th cruise and our second cruise on the Enchantment of the Seas, a smaller ship than others we have sailed on. We like the size, as it is easy to get around using the stairs. The musical entertainment was top-notch and much of the music was dance-able, which is the reason we go on cruises. The shows were excellent and we really enjoyed the orchestra and principal singers performing the jazz numbers in the Centrum.
Normally, we eat in the dining room every chance we get, but the breakfast service was very disorganized and food delivery quite slow, so after trying the first two mornings we went to the pool deck cafe and buffet for breakfast. Dining room service at other meals was excellent, so hopefully, it was a fluke or maybe they were short-handed or training new people.
We didn't book any excursions, but took a taxi to the Atlantis in Nassau and walked around there a bit.
Small inside cabin with a non-typical layout, but workable. We would have preferred to have the floor space rather than the chair and the glass coffee table. Excellent location for getting around the ship, just steps from the Centrum balcony where you can hear what is going on, two floors up to the buffet and pool, a few floors down to the dining room. It was probably the quietest cabin we have had on any ship.
Took a taxi for $4 per person each way to Atlantis on Paradise Island. We have been to Nassau many times and usually don't get off the ship.
Embarkation was very easy and fast.
