Sail Date: Jan 2016
Cabin: Aft-Facing Mini-Suite with Balcony

Once again, I took my elderly Mom with me on this, our second time on the Breakaway. I have been on 8 previous NCL cruises, and about 20 others.

We were delighted when our originally booked 12 day cruise was extended to 14 days, at no additional charge, due to the new regulation forbidding the "Cruises to Nowhere". In addition, we were originally booked in an O-1 Outside, and due to price drop after final payment date, we were given a complimentary upgrade to a mini-suite.

Embarkation went very smoothly, and surprisingly, so did disembarkation...much better than our last cruise on the Breakaway in January of 2014.

Cabin Review

Aft-Facing Mini-Suite with Balcony

Cabin M1

This is an Accessible Aft-Facing Mini-Suite with Balcony (M1). Excellent layout, ample storage, wonderful view, and huge balcony...even larger than the other one (10316), because there is a utility room between the two cabins, but the balcony of 10916 extends not halfway across the utility room, but all the way, due to the way the other balcony dividers line up structurally above and below deck ten.

Beds were comfortable, cabin was quiet, clean, and everything worked fine. Would definitely book this unique cabin again, if available...
