Arrived at 1:00 pm to board. There was a very long line. No one could get on board even though boarding time was from 12 to 3(?). There was some hangup with immigration I think since we were never told what was going on. In fact, we were ignored by Royal Caribbean until about 3:30 and we, along with many others, were in the sun with no water. The doors opened around this time and we started moving to embark. We got to our stateroom at 4:00 pm. Did I forget to say that we were standing in the same spot, in the sun, with no water, with no information for about 2 1/2 hours? I don't know who is responsible but this was an unconscionable lack of action.
Room air did not work but a call quickly brought a technician who adjusted (fixed) it.
Entertainment at the shows was great. Frankie Vallie-like group, skaters, dancers, comedian, and even a couple playing Classical Rock with a piano and a violin were all very, very entertaining. Incidentally Classical Rock or similar description was actually easy listening classics.
Not certain about the category but we had a balcony. Room was clean it appeared. The air conditioning did not work properly until a technician did his thing. I was surprised that there were only two soaps, no shampoos, etc. in the bath.
