First, I'd like to say that I am not one to leave negative reviews (or a lot of reviews at all) and I can usually find the silver lining in just about anything. This cruise, however, was our 10th and clearly the worst one yet. I'd like to say upfront that most (not all) of the staff appeared to be doing the best they can and were obviously overworked. I will give more details below.

Embarkation was fast and easy. No problems there. Our balcony cabin was clean but was the first EVER to not have a refrigerator. That was so disappointing as we brought something that needed to be kept cold and had to constantly ask for ice. The TV needs to be replaced as you could barely make out the picture.

Our cabin steward was very nice and clearly overworked. Another staff person told us that the work load had nearly doubled for some of them. They only visit your cabin once per day and you have to choose morning or evening.
