This was our first cruise on P & O and ,after reading some of the negative reviews on this site, I was very apprehensive about what to expect. My fears were totally unfounded and we had a great cruise, the staff were all friendly and helpful, the cabins perfectly comfortable.

We ate in the Meridian restaurant and our party of 6 rarely had to wait to be seated. The food was good but the menu was not adventurous.

We never failed to find seats in the bars and only on one night did we fail to get a seat in the theatre. The production shows were of a really high standard. The only poor show was an illusionist who should be prosecuted for fraud, he was appalling and along with dozens of other passengers we left early.
