Our cruise was originally booked on the Star Pride Jan 2nd sailing but the ship hit coral at Isla de Coiba on the 23rd Dec and tore a gash in the hull. A bunch of cruises cancelled. We get notification on the 30th. I begin to re-book and got the Jan 15th sailing.

My wife takes a look into the shower and mildew on shower head wall put her right off. We call the cabin steward and he has some excuse that he was new to this cabin, previous steward was moved. We reported it . He did take care of the problem. The lady in charge of housekeeping came to apologize as she never bothers to look inside the shower when inspecting. She is also beverage manager and semi cruise director. I shower and put on the nice white robe that was on a hanger looking very neat. I put my hand in the right pocket to find a dirty tissue.
