This was our 8th RCCL cruise but this one was our 25th. The one plus was the great music. How can a ship run out of bagels, muffins, Sam Adams within 5 days????? The ship was always clean but seemed to lack personnel. Cabin Steward had brought wine and got ice bucket when req'd but never any glasses, didn't even ask. We had a Jr. Suite too. The food was actually good in the MDR but service was exasperating to say the least. Our waiter ran his tooshie off to make up for the asst. waiter who only seemed to fill the water glass and pass out more rolls. Painful to watch. Some long waits for our dinner.

The shows were very good. An employee we talked to could not wait to get off what he called 'this fishing boat'!!! I heard more grumbling from the crew than I should have. The ports were great as we took pvt. tours and 1 ship tour. Due to high winds we never made Grand Cayman. Been there, done that but I felt bad for all those that hadn't been. Mother Nature was in a mood I guess!!! I would not go on this ship again nor would I recommend it until things turn around for the better. Back to the Oasis class for us. It just seems like they have put out so many new ships they skimp on the old recipe on the older ships. And a shout out to servers at the R Bar for above excellent service and my free Diamond member drinks every night!!!!

Cabin Review

Junior Suite

Cabin JS

The cabin is spacious and clean with a couch and 2 lg chairs. More storage than 2 people would need. There was that smell in the bathroom no one wants to talk about. Not real bad but never ever smelled it on any other ship. Nice large balcony but my advise is get some loungers out there and throw those chairs away.

Port Reviews

Curacao

They upgraded us to a Seadoo since there were only 2 couples. Cruised the waters in a very nice inlet. Snorkeled at a small ship wreck. Water is gorgerous. Had a great time. Use lots of sunscreen!!!

Bonaire

3.5 hours of fun! Love the Segway. Cruised the road along the beach and salt factory and slave home. Relaxing with plenty of pic ops and breaks. You can book this directly and save 1/2 of what we paid w/the ship. Owners are very nice and informative. We just didn't know about them before we booked with the ship. Still had a great time.

Aruba

This was the best tour we took. 2 of us on one trike. Very comfortable and fun in the sun! Went many places w/stops for pictures, drinks and food. I highly recommend this one. Carlos was fantastic. We even got a nice 'neckerchief' too, not cheap at all.
