For some reason I did not enjoy this cruise as much as in the past; not for any one reason but I could tell that corners have been cut.

The entertainment, in my opinion, was terrible. This was the first time that I walked out on a performance! Not because of the performance but the show was not my taste. I did not understand the dancing, story and the music was way too loud. We sat outside the theater and as people walked out I would ask if the show was over and they all said no. So we were not the only ones who walked out. The show for the final night was cancelled and we got the same performers from the previous nights again for about 15 minutes each act. The explanation we got was that one performer was ill. I have never heard of a show being cancelled due to one person not being able to perform, this never happened before and alternate arrangements could not be made?

One thing that really bothered me was when we were in the ocean view cafe a maitre d was giving the waiters a "pep" talk. He said to the waiters at the end of his speech "don't forget CPS". He then asked a waiter if they knew what CPS was and when the waiter said no he said that it is CELEBRITY PLASTIC SMILE. I know that they are told to be nice, say hello, good morning, etc. But I don't have to hear it, not professional at all. I was not the only one to hear it and comment on it. Read more
