Starting with no free internet, in this day and age free internet should be standard. Displaying high end scotch that they don't have .The staff was a mix of excellence and others that were just doing a job. I would say about 30% were excellent . A few true standouts were Arvin, our cabin steward, Sandra , a cocktail waitress, a musician named Leo, and the shopping Queen Maureen. Oh and of course all the girls spraying the anti bacterial at the buffet entrance ( Known as the washie , washie girls ) Personable staff is a must in this type of business.

A little warm water added to the pool would have been nice. The magic shows put on by Sander and Allision was top notch entertainment , as was the Tennors of rock show. The ship was filled to capacity and the staff was stretched to its limit to handle it. When I wrote a similar review on Norwegians survey it conveniently wouldn't accept it.

The cabin was nice, the bathroom in the room was very nice.The food in the buffet was very good, in Cagneys steak house was Excellent, I didn't care for the Brasillian restaurant food, or the french Bistro. Both Asian restaurants were excellent. Read more
