First off-the ship is showing its age..Many areas were in poor shape. Handrailings thru out the ship and in elevators worn down, sticky and in need of replacement. The furniture seemed like a 70's Miami Beach Hotel style and color palette.. The balcony flooring was worn down, rusting away.. The T.V. in the mini suite appeared to be a cheap out of date computer monitor.. Drapes in Tsars Palace ripped, frayed, dirty, etc.

Entertainment was below par and at times very tacky.. We thought we were watching a rerun of the Dean Martin or Lawrence Welk shows of the 70's. Choreography was pathetic and embarrassing to watch.

Norwegian does a great job to hype their tours and on board shops, but not one program presented on the ports and what to see and do. ( unless you count the hype on where to shop for great deals ( and the kick-back to Norwegian ) or overpriced and undervalued ship tours !
