pre cruise stay at the Best Western Seawall/Stewart Beach - the only hotel we could find that would accommodate 5 in one room. comfortable, free breakfast, great eastside location. my only gripe is with Galveston Island policy to raise rates for weekends and seasonal stays - we paid $100 more for the room for a Saturday night.

loved the Press Box for dinner.

I've learned taking cabs in Galveston on cruise days is difficult, so we parked at Lighthouse again and their shuttle to the pier worked just fine.

Aft-View Extended Balcony

Cabin 8N

love the aft, larger balcony but no privacy - would not recommend

Port Reviews

Montego Bay

transportation is $7/pp each way. $6/pp entrance fee. $6/each for umbrella $6/each for chair. there are shady areas that don't require an umbrella. $12/hamburger. to save money go to bar yourself. beach servers charge higher prices and expect a tip. gorgeous beach, crowded, had a wonderful time.

Grand Cayman (Georgetown)

our third time with Native Way - the best

Cozumel

not enough time. love this place. not the party atmosphere and yet perfect for older couple, 11 year old and teens. if being surrounded by a beautiful beach, having a waiter bring you what you want, swimming in the water or pool isn't enough - they do offer banana boats and snorkeling boats for a fee.
