This was our first cruise on Carnival..to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday. It will be remembered, but not for all the right reasons. We have been traveling and cruising for many years, and this trip was at the right time and went to the right places. Unfortunately we came back from our trip tired, hungry and sick...Something is wrong, as we are are easy people. While Carnival takes much blame the cruise industry has some serious health issues as I read reviews. These ships are not clean and the passengers are spreading disease faster than the crew can control the infection.

THE CREW AND staff were criticized by others as "staff in training" not getting things rights or bringing the wrong soup but we found the crew and staff to be the ships greatest assets. They knew things were not the best but they were always personable and helpful.

THE FOOD was poor. They tried at dinner but the trick was to order two or three of entrees so you could eliminate the ones you could eat. Don't order ice cream at dinner as you got a bowl of chocolate milk. EGGS,EGGS EGGS what is so difficult about scrambled eggs or an omelet for breakfast. Yes the trick here is to ask for a fried egg and then scramble it yourself. Otherwise you get something that is really Nasty looking and tastes nothing like an egg. Breakfast the meal you can sit and enjoy during your vacation consists of packaged sausage links and dried up eggs Benedict....stay with Guy Burger and Room service
