Embarking was a hassle. Very unorganized.

Never made aware that we would not be in a Grand dining room style seating and reservations for different restaurants should be made before the cruise. Same for entertainment.

Took three days to get help to get a reservation for a restaurant and first two nights at pizza from a pizzeria and second night room service. Third day we finally got someone from Guest Services who were willing to help us after I broke down in tears. First two requests at Guest Services basically gave us an "I'm sorry but yes that is how we do it - reservations. Sorry you have been unable to get any.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Obstructed Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin DO

Cabin was nice. Probably would have been better sitting out on the balcony since we had a guaranteed seat, but with the obstructed view, we saw mostly the life boats. Plenty of room for clothes and storage of empty suitcases. Could only really see the TV while in bed. Would have liked to have sat not he couch and watched TV, but viewing was so limited, guess it did not much matter. Movies were $11 rental - That is insane. CNN basically the only News channel available, mostly ship stations, and cartoons. One prime time showed the same show every time we seemed to turn it on. No variety to TV at all.
