Our family of 4 ,mother, father, and two adult children took our second Viking cruise and it did not disappoint. The service once again was outstanding from the time we we were picked up at the airport until we were dropped off at the airport. We are seasoned ocean cruisers and a river cruise is very different experience,

The ship was decorated beautifully for the holidays and in perfect shape. The staff was outstanding and made the trip enjoyable. The food was good but sometimes I found the portions small. I wish they had snacks available available more frequently. The cabin is well planned out, we learned this cruise to avoid the middle floor to avoid noise.

We were rafter several times during this cruise, which did not happen to frequently on the Rhine last year. We were always close to town, unfortunately we could not make it to Budapest due to the low water. Read more
