We where new to the Diamond Princess .We had sailed on other princess ships . The Diamond was great ,from the entertainment to the galley every thing was top notch. Embarkation was swift and so was disembarking , the ship was in beautiful condition and well maintained.

The normal activates where available and as we like to read and relax we sit on our balcony and read or catch a movie on the inboard system which had some good shows on it . Plenty of space on the pool decks for a lie down and burn session .Caught a few shows and they where good , had a great English lady comedian and singer on board and she was great and a piano man show which was also good. Bar service was excellent and I went with a full drinks package @58 dollars a day was good value

Staff where great and after a very minor complaint about a noise in the roof at night. We where phoned every day to see if the problem had not came back, which it had not after it had been attended to swiftly. We received a discount off our cards . Our cabin steward Reich was fabulous which seems to be the norm on princess liners
