First time on MSC. Cabin on deck 5 (5064) was so noisy it was impossible to sleep. It took 3 days of complaining before we were moved. Once moved to deck 8 the cabin was fine.

Buffett restaurant was not good, very difficult to find a seat at breakfast. Main restaurant was okay with a good selection of food. However, all water had to be purchased and no tea or coffee served in the main restaurant. We found that tea and coffee was not always available in the 24 hour Buffett and juice was only available at breakfast.

The nightly shows were very good but only lasted about 35 minutes or so, which was disappointing. On the sea days finding a sun bed was also problematic. We also found there were lots of smoking areas on the ship which were not all isolated i.e. smoking was allowed in the casino. Our cruise was around the UAE but the only 3 places worth visiting was Dubai, Muscat and AbuDhabi with the other 2 ports of call were small ports with little to see.
