I am a frequent traveler and chose a Celebrity cruise after reading the reviews and accolades about being the best premium cruise line. It was a complete DISAPPOINTMENT in many areas.
First, Celebrity had my reservation incorrect and did not have the premium beverage package included which took me 50 minutes to resolve. I had the reservation confirmation with me clearly stating the premium beverage package so this should have been resolved quickly. I was disappointed with their lack of customer service.
Due to various reasons, I ended up in 3 different rooms which took quite a bit of time packing / unpacking. The assistant manager with guest relations was completely rude and no help for the first two days. It was not until day #3 and I was in tears that I finally met the manager for guest relations who upgraded me to Aqua Class and was apologizing for his staff. The situation was so poorly managed that the manager sent me a nice card and flowers.
Cabin Review
AquaClass 1
Veranda Cabin - I purposely chose this room because the larger balcony was on an angle which offered a much nicer view. The room was not clean, the bathroom had hair from the previous guest, and smelled like sewer water. The neighbors next door were screaming in the room and woke me up at 1:00 am the first night so I requested a room change.
Veranda Cabin - I was switched to this room for the second night. It was the same category but felt like a downgrade since the veranda view was bright orange life boats. I requested a room change again.
Aqua class - For the third night, I was upgraded to Aqua Class on Deck 11. I was disappointed because this room was the exact same size and still did not have the view of the original room I had chosen...this deck has an overhang with beams that obstruct your view. Plus, the thermostat was not working and I had to ask the room steward a few times if they could please fix.

Falmouth
Dunns River Falls is overrated and I was done there in 15 minutes. The lunch break was average. I do not recommend choosing this tour. This was supposed to be a 7 hour tour and we were back in 5 hours and 15 minutes.
Labadee
Stopping at Labadee is just a man made cement beach that feels like going to the river. I took this cruise as an only option for something to do. It is just an out and back along the coast with nothing to see.
