Evidently, they were more interested in getting into port to celebrate their first docking in America than their existing passengers that made the transatlantic voyage. It took us 4 hours of waiting before we desinbarked. When they did get us off, a lady was very rude and asked us to hurry-hurry up! At that time I had a bad ankle and had a problem standing in line for a long period of time. We were herded like cattle and waited a very long time before we got off. Was this any way to treat existing passengers? We are Diamond Club members and do much cruising, however we will think twice about another trip with Royal Caribbean Cruise Line.

We liked the idea of more restaurants to choose from rather than one large dining room. The ships people were great, except for the rude lady at debarkation. The excursions were o.k., but nothing exceptional. The cabin with balcony was nice, but nothing exceptional. We did enjoy the Diamond club; the desk guy there was very helpful. Entertainment was o.k., but at times a little boring with hard to understand plots. Our room Stewart was very nice and helpful. No daily newspaper to keep us updated on our home country activities. Ship was very large ( we think too large for us older people - walking, etc.). Beautiful ship and great room Stewart. Food at restaurants was very good. Like I said before, 4 hours of waiting plus standing in line to get off the ship was a real drawback and disappointing.
