As always, the service and food on board the cruise was great. The fact that we had to swap ships was unavoidable but probably could have been handled better. We lost 1-2 days of river cruising and spent many hours on buses instead. Viking made good for it with a credit that I applied to our next Ocean Cruise.

However, our stateroom was very small and no upgrades were available due to rescheduling passengers leaving from Amsterdam. The excursions were great but several were cut short due to the busing situation.

Entertainment was great. Our cruise director Casper was a true renaissance man with a wealth of information and a great sense of humor.
