We have cruised with several shipping companies. Costa is without competition the worst we cruised with so our recommendation is do not throw away your money on this company and its ships.

The food on the ship was really lousy and badly cooked. Of 17 dinners only three approved the other was below standard. Let the shipping company sink to the ocean bottom.

One positive thing, however, almost all the bar staff was very service oriented. In the reception several of the crew spoke miserable English. It is the only shipping company that has raised the Italian language to the world languages since almost all the presentations started in Italian. there is much more to add but this should suffice. Stay away!

The stateroom is fully functional, the problem was that it should be included conditioners and shampoos. At the request of the attendant we were first told that there was no such thing. After showing the information that was in the statroom we got a small bottle of conditioner. If we wanted more we each got time to say it again, nothing happened by it self. It were obviously to us that we passenger were not in focus.
