1) Our stateroom sat DIRECTLY above Club O2. We were not aware of this when we booked. Music was EXTREMELY loud at unreasonable hours of the night and into early morning. Attempts to resolve with guest services were futile and they were completely unsympathetic to us as PAYING guests. We were on vacation too and where unable to rest or enjoy our state room as a result. I was told "the music should end in about 2 hours." 1am? are you kidding me? There should be quiet hours beginning at 10pm.
2) Then the bathroom had a constant urine smell to it. The entertainment was poor and lacked variety.
3) cleaning habits in dining room were appalling. Wait staff cleaned tables with DIRTY napkins that previous diner had just used on their mouths
Cabin itself was OK. BUT it was directly above the O2 club. It was very loud will into the wee hours of the morning. Concierge refused to do anything. Wouldn't move us or anything. Not very restful as a result of all the noise. Apparently teen nightlife is more important than a paying adult customer.
It was ok. Not as good as the one we did in Jamaica. Really short and rushed. Not much time in the water.
Nice time. Diving was good and shop was as expected.
Walking tour and cooking class. Very good but not enough time at some of the shops. Cooking was a blast.
Ok, not impressed with Grand Turk overall. Dive was ok, but had to walk for miles from port to boat launch area in the sand. Some had a LOT of gear to lug thru sunbathers.
