I am surprised to see that the overall rating for this ship is only 74%, because we had SUCH a great time. The service, staff, and dining were fantastic and so is the ship. We went to the "Love and Marriage" game show and the comedy show and they were so much fun, lots and lots of laughs. The shopping Seminar was very informative and the packet you receive is chock full of coupons for dining, jewelry and souvenirs at every port, whether you are on a budget or looking to splurge.
We only did breakfast at the Windjammer and it was jam packed everyday, however the quality and freshness of the food were exceptional. The MDR did not disappoint, the food (you will want seconds of the lobster tail and the Keylime pie for sure) was delicious and our servers (Ursula and Veda) were excellent. The cupcakes at the Cupcake Cupboard are awesome. The Royal Promenade Cafe always had a variety of fresh pastries no matter the time, Sorrento's Pizza was just "meh". My husband and I did not do any specialty dining, but some of our family did and they really enjoyed their experiences at Chop's Grille.
Our room attendant, Thirsha was very accommodating, attentive and extremely pleasant to just talk to and our cabin (Superior Oceanview with private balcony) was clean and well maintained. Watching the movies at the pool was such a relaxing and fun experience. Embarkation took a whopping 1 hour and 45 minutes, but we realized that we arrived at the port right around peak time.
Both interesting and informative. Only 1.5 hours, which was long enough for us :)
Cozumel has wonderful shopping, we bought a lot of great souvenirs.
Tour guide was awesome, we went through the city and to a private beach where we had a very authentic and delicious Belizian lunch.
