Arrived at Montego Bay in the afternoon of the 5th January this year. We are poor walkers so had booked assistance at all airports and docks. We were looked after very well and were whisked away to coach in wheelchairs. Service was great all airport staff very welcoming and friendly. Arriving outside the ship details and photos were swiftly sorted. We were not greeted as is usual as we entered the ship and were left to our own devices. We have cruised many times but I saw many new passengers confused by lack of help.

We found our inside cabin on 5th deck, it was near a lift which was good the cabin was very clean and surprisingly roomy, but the room was very cold and we couldn't seem to turn the air con down.

We then went to the Lido buffet which was excellent many choices and lots of gluten free food but not dairy free. We dined in the Lido mornings and lunch times .Food was always hot and plentiful .The staff were very polite and friendly.
