This was our 5th cruise, 4th one with Norwegian. I have to say that I am very disappointed with this cruise. The service was terrible except for the cabin personnel and the Doctor services. Food was cold in every restaurant that we tried.
When wanting a beverage, we had an estimated wait time of at least 10 minutes and that was us going to the bar to get a beverage. It was rare to see anyone come to us to ask if we needed anything to drink.
We don't typically use the shore excursion services from the ships, but with the credits we had we decided to give it a try and pay the extra. We actually had to sit and listen to a taxi driver argue with the hotel site manager about the amount of money he was shorted to drive us back to the dock. All of that was to be included in the excursion price along with a meal that ended up costing us $80 extra.
Cabin Review
Mid-Ship Inside Stateroom
Cabin was ALWAYS clean. Ladies were wonderful and always friendly. I hope the $13.50/day for each of us really does go directly to them. The inside cabins are nice because you can rest anytime of the day. We must have been right above the staff entrance or something, we could hear people walking up and down stairs through out the night, they were playing radios and talking quite load a couple of nights. If you dare to get on this ship DO NOT stay on the 5th level!!

Great Stirrup Cay
It was cold this day but we did find a bartender that liked to walk around and serve drinks! Cute island.
Ocho Rios
We took a Catamaran "cool runnings" over to the Fall and walked up. The guides were a lot of fun and the excursion was memorable. We walked downtown after we got back and went to Margaritaville. Had great restaurant service upstairs, however I would be aware of the bartenders downstairs. We actually had our Credit card shut down for suspicious activity after we had just used it upstairs with no problems.
Grand Cayman (Georgetown)
We did not do a shore excursion and just walked around. People are very friendly on this island!
Cozumel
The zip lining group were awesome. They were great to everyone and a lot of fun to go through the lines. They were very safety oriented and happy! HIGHLY recommend if you are looking for a good family zip line starter course.
